My computer was downstairs one day when Jamie and the kids were here and David asked if we could take some pictures! He thought it was so funny to do all the weird faces, Ava kept saying "Too Scary" so I only had a couple of her! These 5 are the best pictures!

The Gym

I have started going to the gym daily and today I decided that I would just take a shower at the gym since I HATEEEEE showering when nobody is home. So, I packed all my stuff and headed out. When I lived in Utah I would shower at the gym all the time because we never had hot water and it worked perfectly, so I figured it would be the same here! I finished doing the treadmill and went in to find that all the doors were completed see through and the doors didn't really shut! I was NOT going to take a shower if everyone would be able to see me, even if they are all females! A couple of ladies came and they all had swimsuits on, so from now on if I ever want to shower at the gym I have to wear a swimsuit! I think I am just going to get used to showering with nobody home!!

Wicked

A couple months ago my mom and I decided that we really wanted to go to Wicked! We found tickets for $30 and we thought it would be fun to go with another mother/daughter so I asked Kattera if her and her mom wanted to come! Alice had no interest in seeing it, but Bill really wanted to go! We took Bart from Concord and then Bill and Kattera got on at Lafayette, so my I was kinda worried that we would get confused and not make it! We made it with 1 minute to spare and I got so nervous I was kinda shaking! The bart ride was fun, I am now a fan! We went to lunch at Taylor's, one of the best places to eat! We walked around SF for a little while and then we headed to the Orpheum! The play was FANTASTIC! The lady who played Elphaba was my favorite, her voice was amazing! Bill had school that night so he got off in Lafayette and the girls continued to Concord! We got really lost getting from the bart station to the freeway, we were probably drive around for 40 minutes before we got it! We all had a fabulous time and kinda want to go again but we are all waiting for Les Miserables to come back!!

Eryka's Birthday and Midnight Showing of New Moon!

Eryka turned the big 21!! On her actual birthday she came over to my house and we had dinner as a family and then went and saw the movie, "Where The Wild Things Are" and then after we met up with Stacie and Kattera and got some hot chocolate! That Friday we had a party for her and it was FABULOUS!! Kattera and I made her a stripper cake and decorated her house while she was at dinner with some friends! Then, we had a great fireside with a member of the Quorum of the 70! I rushed back to Eryka's after to get last minute things ready and then everybody started to come! We played pin the tail on the donkey, well they played, I really have always hated that game. Everyone, minus Emily did pretty dang good!! We brought out her cake and made her clothes her eyes while we were lighting the candles, well somehow one of the plastic tiki torches got on fire and everyone was kinda freaking out! Kattera and I got her a gift together with a couple things that she had to show people later, lol! I was so happy to be able to celebrate Eryka's 21st with her!

Eryka and I got to the theater pretty early and the lines were already really long!

We got really good seats and we were lucky to be able to all sit together!

FHE in Vacaville

I rarely go to FHE when other people are hosting it, but I was talking to Sheila and we both decided it would be fun! It started at 7pm, BUT we didn't get to the building until 8pm because we got SOOOOOO lost!! lol! When we walked in they were about to start playing human foosball, fun game! I decided to sit out and watch, but Sheila played a little bit! After that we had good ice cream and made a Fairfield rave, lol! Everyone else thought we were crazy but we were all having fun!

DAVIS!!

We have found this amazing crepe and karaoke place in Davis! We love going and singing and laughing!! About two weeks ago a pretty big group of us went up to Davis! We got to the crepe place around 8:30pm, around 9:40pm this guy came over and said that they had reserved the place at 10pm so we had to leave...boo. We played duck-duck-goose for a little while and then decided to all split up into small groups and try to find something to do! We couldn't find much of anything so we decided to go to Borders!! About two months ago Kattera and I went to Davis for the first time together and went to Borders! They had a very good looking employee, so every time after that I said if he was working I would go up and ask to take a picture with him! Well, he was working that night! Kattera wouldn't go with me, so I took Sheila! He probably thought I was the strangest person ever, but I really wanted to get a picture! His name is Fernando, and I love him! Also, the first time we went to Davis Kattera bought me a monkey air freshener! I really wanted to get another rum, so now I have a pirate one that smells so good! It was such a fun and entertaining night!!

Pumpkin Carving and Halloween

I realize this is a month late, but its better late then never right?! Every year someone in my stake carving about 600 pumpkins and puts them on display for people to come and look at on Halloween and the day after! He has been this for at least 10 years, so every year many people go and help him carve! Since I am the activities chair I decided that we would go to the Gillespie's and carve pumpkins! It was so much fun! Here are some of the pumpkins!

A lot of fun things have been happening, I love this time of the year, so many fun things!! Eryka, Kattera, and I were going to be snuggie commercial people for the Halloween dance, BUT Kattera got sick, so it was just Eryka and I! We probably only wore them for 30 minutes and they got so annoying because they were so long! I use mine daily now and love it so much, it keeps me so warm! Here are a few of my favorite from that night!!
